Advantages:

Красивая квартира, очень приятная спальня, чисто, комфортно. За свою цену хороший вариант. Расположена между вокзалом и центром. рядом есть Магнит. Новый дом, с удовольствием останемся еще, когда соберемся в Орел.

Disadvantages:

В целом все ок, можно только расходников чуть по больше и по лучше. Но опять же, за эти деньги вопросов нет)
