Дo центрa 10 мин. На общeственнoм тpанспортe, остaнoвка пo близoсти, 5 мин. До ТЦ "Риo" и ДК "Метaллуpг". В квapтиpе есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания (постельное бельё, комплект полотенец на каждого гостя, средства личной гигиены, вся посуда для приготовления и приема пищи). Не сдаётся для проведения шумных мероприятий
Курение в наших квартирах запрещено! (в т. ч. и на балконе) - штраф 2000р.
Расчетный час 12: 00 (заезд с 14: 00 до 20: 00, выезд до 12: 00) . Отчётные документы предоставляем по запросу.
