Уютная 1-к квартира в новом доме с панорамным остеклением и видом на лесопарковую зону. Недалеко ТРК РИО, супермаркет Лента, Линия, кафе Бест, выезд на Москву.
ЖД вокзал - 7мин.
Для комфортного проживания имеется вся необходимая бытовая техника, кондиционер, мебель, посуда и предметы личной гигиены. Перед каждым заселением производится уборка, смена белья и полотенец.
Не сдаётся для проведения шумных мероприятий. Курение в квартире (в т. ч. на балконе) строго запрещено! Размещение 2+2+1. Каждый дополнительный комплект белья 300р. Возраст от 23 лет. Заселение только по паспорту РФ.
