Advantages:

Чтобы просто переночевать подойдёт. В комнатах в принципе достаточно совремменно. Есть вай фай. Есть общая кухня. В комнате люкс удобства в номере. Бар в этом же здании на 1 этаже.

Disadvantages:

"Частный дом" это комнаты без окон на 2 этаже придорожного шиномонтажа... В этом же строении находится бар... Убили таракана...
